Job summary

Black Diamond Networks is seeking an ERP Technical Recruiter to attract and place senior ERP consultants across SAP, JD Edwards, Workday and related platforms. This on-site role in Andover, MA offers flexibility for remote work for the right candidate and rewards performance with uncapped commission.

The ideal candidate brings 2-3+ years of ERP staffing experience and a proven ability to build pipelines, manage client relationships, and negotiate competitive compensation.

Qualifications

• 2-3+ years staffing experience in ERP domains.
• Experience recruiting for SAP, JD Edwards, Oracle or Workday environments.
• Proven ability to build pipelines and close roles quickly.

Responsibilities

• Source and recruit senior ERP consultants/contractors via referrals, prospecting and outreach.
• Build a robust pipeline to meet client staffing needs.
• Maintain relationships with consultants for repeat business.
• Leverage CRM and LinkedIn to track candidates and market data.
• Negotiate competitive pay rates to attract top talent.
• Collaborate with account executives to fulfill client staffing requirements.

What You’ll Do

• Creatively source and recruit senior consultants/contractors through referrals, prospecting, and cold calling.
• Build a robust pipeline of highly qualified candidates to meet client demands.
• Cultivate and maintain long-term relationships with consultants, ensuring satisfaction and repeat business.
• Utilize CRM tools, LinkedIn, and other platforms to track and gather market intelligence.
• Negotiate competitive pay rates to attract top talent.
• Collaborate closely with account executives to fulfill client staffing requirements efficiently.
• Strive to meet and exceed daily and weekly performance targets.
