Job summary

All Lines Technology in Pittsburgh is seeking a Database Administrator / ERP Administrator to support and maintain our ERP environment. You will manage ERP-related tickets, troubleshoot issues, and coordinate escalations to ensure system stability and performance.

The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills, excellent communication, and experience supporting ERP systems; Munis is strongly preferred, with openness to other platforms and data reporting responsibilities.

Qualifications

• Experience administering or troubleshooting an ERP system.

• Experience working with ticketing systems and end-user support.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary point of contact for ERP-related support tickets and user requests.
• Review, troubleshoot, and resolve ERP system issues when possible.
• Escalate complex technical issues to appropriate vendors, support teams, or internal resources as needed.
• Monitor ERP system performance and identify opportunities for improvement.
• Collaborate with end users to understand system challenges and provide timely resolutions.
• Assist with ERP system maintenance, upgrades, testing, and implementation activities.
• Maintain documentation related to system configurations, processes, and issue resolutions.
• Support data integrity efforts and assist with reporting and data management initiatives.
• Work cross-functionally with finance, operations, human resources, and other business units to support ERP functionality.
• Participate in projects involving ERP enhancements, integrations, and process improvements.
