Job summary

All Lines Technology is seeking a Database Administrator / ERP Administrator to support and maintain our ERP environment. The role focuses on managing ERP-related tickets, troubleshooting issues, and ensuring system stability and performance.

Experience with Munis is preferred, with openness to other ERP systems. The ideal candidate will be a proactive problem-solver with strong analytical skills, capable of collaborating with finance, operations, and HR to improve business processes and data

Qualifications

• Experience supporting or administering an ERP system.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience with ticketing systems and end-user support.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary point of contact for ERP-related support tickets and user requests.
• Review, troubleshoot, and resolve ERP system issues.
• Escalate complex technical issues to vendors or internal teams.
• Monitor ERP system performance and identify improvement opportunities.
• Collaborate with end users to understand system challenges and provide timely resolutions.
• Assist with ERP maintenance, upgrades, testing, and implementation activities.
• Maintain documentation related to configurations, processes, and issue resolutions.
• Support data integrity efforts and assist with reporting and data management.
• Work cross-functionally with finance, operations, HR, and other units to support ERP functionality.
• Participate in ERP enhancements, integrations, and process improvements.
