Job summary

All Lines Technology Inc. is seeking a Database Administrator / ERP Administrator to support and maintain our ERP environment in Pittsburgh. You will handle ERP-related tickets, troubleshoot issues, coordinate escalations, and ensure ERP stability and performance.

Munis experience is strongly preferred, with openness to other ERP systems. You will collaborate with finance, operations, HR, and other units to improve business processes, assist with upgrades, testing, and data management

Qualifications

Experience supporting, administering, or troubleshooting an ERP system.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication and customer service abilities.
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Experience working with ticketing systems and end-user support.
SQL knowledge and experience writing or troubleshooting queries.
Understanding of database concepts, data management, and reporting.
Experience working with ERP integrations and data imports/exports.

Responsibilities

Serve as the primary point of contact for ERP-related support tickets and user requests.
Review, troubleshoot, and resolve ERP system issues when possible.
Escalate complex technical issues to appropriate vendors, support teams, or internal resources as needed.
Monitor ERP system performance and identify opportunities for improvement.
Collaborate with end users to understand system challenges and provide timely resolutions.
Assist with ERP system maintenance, upgrades, testing, and implementation activities.
Maintain documentation related to system configurations, processes, and issue resolutions.
Support data integrity efforts and assist with reporting and data management initiatives.
Work cross-functionally with finance, operations, human resources, and other business units to support ERP functionality.
Participate in projects involving ERP enhancements, integrations, and process improvements.
