Job summary

All Lines Technology Inc. is seeking a Database Administrator / ERP Administrator to support and maintain an ERP environment. The role focuses on managing ERP tickets, troubleshooting issues, coordinating escalations, and ensuring ERP stability and performance. Prefer Munis experience but other ERP systems are welcome.

The ideal candidate proactively solves problems, analyzes issues, supports end users, and collaborates with finance, operations, HR, and other teams to optimize business processes.

Qualifications

• Experience supporting or troubleshooting an ERP system.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and customer service abilities.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience with ticketing systems and end-user support.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary point of contact for ERP-related support tickets and user requests.
• Review, troubleshoot, and resolve ERP system issues when possible.
• Escalate complex technical issues to appropriate vendors, support teams, or internal resources as needed.
• Monitor ERP system performance and identify opportunities for improvement.
• Collaborate with end users to understand system challenges and provide timely resolutions.
• Assist with ERP system maintenance, upgrades, testing, and implementation activities.
• Maintain documentation related to system configurations, processes, and issue resolutions.
• Support data integrity efforts and assist with reporting and data management initiatives.
• Work cross-functionally with finance, operations, human resources, and other business units to support ERP functionality.
• Participate in projects involving ERP enhancements, integrations, and process improvements.
