Job summary

Jobtailor in the United States is seeking a ERP/NetSuite specialist to manage users, roles, workflows, dashboards, and configurations across ERP systems. You will support order management, inventory, fulfillment, and financial processes, while troubleshooting issues and deploying scalable fixes.

The role includes handling EDI transactions (850/855/856/810) and onboarding new partners. You will monitor transactions, resolve discrepancies, and build integrations using Celigo or similar tools,

Qualifications

• 2 - 5+ years of ERP or NetSuite experience.
• Experience with EDI transactions and integrations.
• Working knowledge of integration tools (Celigo preferred).
• Basic SQL or data experience preferred.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
