Job summary

SENKO Advanced Components, Inc. in Hudson, MA is seeking a Business Systems Analyst to support the ERP system, primarily NetSuite, with coordination with the Global Project Manager and MIS.

You will implement changes, document requirements, and ensure the ERP supports business needs across SCM, Sales, and Finance. Qualifications include a Bachelor’s degree and 2–3 years in ERP implementation and data migration, plus strong MS Office and communication skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required; 2–3 years ERP deployment experience.
• Thorough knowledge of ERP database structures.
• Strong MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) skills.
• Ability to understand workflow and logistics of SCM, Sales and Finance.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with global affiliates to clarify and record workflow.
• Assess current workflow and propose NetSuite-based improvements.
• Evaluate business processes and develop/implement solutions.
• Implement, document, and test ERP changes as needed.
• Document data for ERP reports per governance policies.
• Perform analysis and, if needed, recommend BI and modeling solutions.
• Participate in global NetSuite discussions to decide key options.
• Answer questions and resolve issues across departments.
• Conduct meetings and present findings to stakeholders.
• Manage projects and develop/monitor project plans, possibly involving CRM/BI tools.
