Flex is seeking an ERP Business Systems Analyst in Austin, TX. The role focuses on ensuring IT services and infrastructure meet business needs, with responsibilities spanning operational processes, incident response, system monitoring, and automation of manual IT tasks.

Day-to-day duties include SOPs, capacity planning, backups, SLAs, and collaboration across teams to implement system enhancements. Bachelor’s degree and 1–2 years of related experience are preferred.

Qualificações

• Typically requires a Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience and training.
• Ideally requires 1–2 years of related experience.
• General understanding of system architectural concepts and methodologies.
• Basics of Troubleshooting, Log analysis and data analytics.
• Collaboration skills and passion for technical challenges and operations support.

Responsabilidades

• Prepare Standard Operating Procedures for day-to-day maintenance of applications and systems.
• Proactive monitoring of enterprise systems to meet dynamic business requirements.
• Ensure proper backup and retention policies to minimize data loss.
• Establish clear communication with customers, peers and cross-functional teams.
• Propose system enhancements (software/hardware updates) to improve performance and reliability.
• Define budgets, schedules, and performance requirements.
• Ensure applications are performing, scalable, usable, and available by driving SLAs and conducting system tests.
• Research, design, code, and test new systems and enhancements.
• Install, configure, administer, and maintain business applications and hardware.
• Gather requirements from teams and coordinate system implementation.
• Troubleshoot and resolve system problems quickly and satisfactorily.
• Publish performance metrics and manage change across teams.
• Ensure data integrity and security in Hybrid Cloud environments.
