Job summary

The Arizona Department of Administration (ADOA) ERP Division seeks an innovative ERP Technical Analyst to lead hands-on technical execution, data integration, and automation for the State’s HRM and Financial systems. You will write custom SQL scripts, manage ETL processes, and build workflow automations, using platforms like n8n and AI tools to streamline data pipelines and workflows.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in CIS/CS/IT/Engineering or related field; 3–5 years hands-on SQL/ETL experience.
Experience writing SQL queries, ETL management, data reconciliation, and data troubleshooting.
Experience with system integration architectures, REST/SOAP APIs and webhook automation.
Familiarity with AI productivity tools in enterprise workflows is a plus.
Strong communication with business stakeholders and cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

Write complex SQL queries and maintain ETL pipelines to ensure data integrity across systems.
Lead troubleshooting and maintenance of CGI Advantage 4.0 HRM and Financial systems; liaise with vendors.
Architect enterprise workflow automations using n8n and develop API integrations.
Translate operational needs into technical specs, diagrams, and test scripts.
Support patches, schema changes, and production deployments; occasional off-hours work.
