This position involves designing, developing, implementing, and maintaining IT systems for ADOR, ensuring security, stability, and effectiveness. The role includes systems management, integration functions, and serving as a subject matter expert.

Responsibilities include:

1. Leading initiatives to develop innovative solutions and processes.
2. Identifying resources, training, scheduling, monitoring, and participating in hiring processes.
3. Synthesizing feedback and adapting accordingly.
4. Analyzing, troubleshooting, and resolving applications in production and testing environments.
5. Installing hardware and software, maintaining operating systems and applications.
6. Implementing security measures per ADOR policies and best practices.
7. Engaging with stakeholders to understand requirements.
8. Monitoring performance, availability, and remediating security vulnerabilities.
9. Analyzing business problems, assessing resources, and recommending architecture improvements.

Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:

• Proficiency in Windows PC environments, Internet, MS Office, Google Suite.
• Expertise in virtualization and cloud platforms like VMWare, Hyper-V.
• Proficiency in command line scripting (PowerShell), Linux, Windows, DevOps frameworks.
• Experience with on-premises and cloud systems, programming languages like Cobol.
• Familiarity with enterprise platforms such as WebLogic, backup and POS systems, GIS, and document imaging.

Minimum Requirements:

• Relevant education, training, coursework, or work experience; typically a Bachelor’s degree or equivalent.
• At least 8 years of extensive systems engineering experience.
