Job summary

AdvanSoft is seeking a Computer Systems Analyst to analyze, design and configure SAP/Oracle/ERP systems to meet business requirements in Arlington Heights, IL.

The role involves eliciting requirements, documenting functional/technical specs, and performing SAP customization for Sales Distribution, OTC, billing, and PP/MM/QM modules, with integration across PM and MM/QM interfaces.

Candidates should have BE/BA/BS/MS/MBA and 5–7 years of experience in ERP environments.

Qualifications

• Bachelor-level or higher in a relevant field.
• 5–7 years of experience in ERP analysis.
• Experience with SAP/Oracle customization.

Responsibilities

• Analyze, design and configure SAP/Oracle/ERP per business requirements.

Job Responsibilities

Analyze, Design and Configure the SAP/Oracle/ERP system according to the business requirements; Perform requirements Elicitation, Analysis and Documentation for detailed Functional and Technical specifications using SAP Customizing of Sales Distribution &OTC Process and Billing expertize; Support defect resolution and perform change management by updating system documentation; Implementation on refinements/enhancements of functionalities and required configurations related PP, MM, and QM components. maintain PP master data in interface with VC- Super BOM, Super routing, and Work centers. Integration and Plant Maintenance of PM with other modules such as MM and QM. Test business application using SAP Customer Master Data, Selection of fields applying suppressed, mandatory and optional functions for Customer Master Data and defined Account Groups for Customers, Partner Functions and Partner Determination Procedure for Customer Master. Test and validate pricing for all scenarios and validated consistency across different document types like Order, Invoice, Credit Memo and Debit Memo.
