Job summary

Flex is seeking an ERP Systems Analyst in Milpitas, CA to support Baan ERP, troubleshoot issues, and collaborate with stakeholders on reporting and EDI transactions. Qualifications

• 4-7 years of related IT work experience.
• 3 years minimum of ERP trouble-shooting experience.
• SAP experience required.
• Extensive knowledge of Baan table structure.
• Excellent understanding of T-SQL programming and Microsoft SQL Server.
• Experience with SQL Server Reporting Services.
• Application development preferred.
• Strong English communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Communicate with team to troubleshoot and resolve day to day system issues to ensure smooth operation.
• Execute Global IT projects as needed

Reporting to the IT Manager, the ERP System Analyst role involves primarily supporting Baan ERP system, troubleshooting technical malfunctions, researching with stakeholders and delivering solutions to the site.

What a typical day looks like:
