Job summary

Qualifications

• Associate’s degree in a related field or equivalent work experience.
• 1–3 years of experience in SaaS product or business systems support.
• Experience with ERP or financial systems such as Workday.

Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day ERP support including troubleshooting and configuration.
• Support implementation and ongoing maintenance of ERP modules such as HR and Payroll.
• Assist with data conversion, testing, and user training.
• Document results, validate system data, and assist with releases and enhancements.
• Develop SOPs and job aids for county staff.
• Travel occasionally for conferences, training or vendor meetings.
