Midland Garage Door is seeking an ERP Functional Analyst to configure, support, and improve our ERP system, focusing on manufacturing, order management, inventory, and finance. You will translate business needs into configurations, collaborate with stakeholders, and drive process enhancements across departments.
This is an in-person, on-site role at our Fargo office, with no remote work option, and opportunities to influence our digital roadmap and reporting capabilities.

As an ERP Functional Analyst, you'll play a key role in shaping that journey. You'll work closely with business stakeholders, engineers, and operations leaders to translate business needs into effective system configurations and processes — and you'll have real ownership over the systems you support. As an ERP Functional Analyst, you will be responsible for configuring, supporting, and continuously improving our Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) system to meet the evolving needs of the business. You'll collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business requirements into system solutions, leveraging best practices in process design, configuration, and change management. This will be primarily focused on supporting core business functions such as manufacturing, order management, inventory, and finance. These capabilities span many different departments across the organization.
This is an individual contributor role, and it will require an in‑person presence in the office to successfully deliver core job responsibilities.
This position does not have any supervisory responsibilities.
