Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree in supply chain management, business administration, healthcare administration, finance, operations or related field.
• Master's degree in business administration, healthcare administration, supply chain management or related field preferred.
• Minimum of five years of hospital-based senior leadership experience with responsibility for complex, integrated supply chain operations.

• Strategic Planning and develop enterprise supply chain strategy aligned with organizational priorities.
• Lead sourcing, contracting, procurement, materials management, logistics, and inventory optimization.
• Oversee supplier performance, value analysis, and supply chain technology and analytics.
• Provide executive oversight for budget, governance, and KPI development across Supply Chain.
• Drive enterprise-wide cost reduction, value creation, and continuous improvement initiatives.
