Job summary

Jensen Infrastructure in Reno, NV seeks a Supply Chain Process Manager (ERP & Operations) to drive ERP and supply chain process improvements across our plants and distribution network. You will ensure efficient planning, scheduling, and inventory management while supporting best practices.

Reporting to the VP of Manufacturing, you will collaborate with operations, purchasing, planning, sales, quality, and product management teams.

Qualifications

3–5 years of process improvement experience in manufacturing.
ERP expertise (BOMs, routings, scheduling, inventory).
Knowledge of continuous improvement methodologies (Lean, Six Sigma, 5S) as applied to enterprise business processes, planning, and ERP workflows,
Excellent project leadership, communication, change management, and multitasking abilities.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools (Excel, Word, Access, PowerPoint).

Responsibilities

Streamlining ERP scheduling, MRP, BOMs, Routings, Procurement, and inventory processes.
Supporting supply chain best practices and process standardization.
Improving accuracy in inventory and order fulfillment, with foundational goal of providing excellent customer service.
Driving continuous improvement initiatives with measurable cost savings.
