Qualifications

• Requires a Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering.
• Minimum 5 years of management experience in operations, manufacturing, engineering, or related environment.
• Strong leadership and team development skills.
• Working knowledge of accounting principles and financial processes.
• Experience with ERP systems; SAP experience is a plus.
• Mechanical aptitude with ability to understand products and workflows.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities with attention to detail.
• Experience with ISO quality systems and internal auditing.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily operations across Purchasing, Quality, Logistics, and Warehouse departments.
• Drive process improvements to increase operational efficiency and productivity.
• Partner with Accounting on financial reviews, payment approvals, and operational reporting.
• Monitor sales activity and margin performance.
• Oversee SAP system performance in partnership with Accounting.
• Manage IT vendor relationships and support business systems.
• Ensure compliance with ISO standards and oversee internal quality audits.
• Lead workplace safety initiatives and training compliance.
• Manage purchasing activities, inventory control, receiving, and warehouse operations.
• Review and approve purchase orders, customer quotations, contracts, and key operational documents.
• Support production scheduling and operational planning.
• Coach, develop, and lead department managers and staff.
• Collaborate with executive leadership to achieve strategic business objectives.
