Qualifications

• 3–5 years of experience in process improvement in manufacturing.
• ERP expertise (BOMs, routings, scheduling, inventory).
• Experience with continuous improvement methodologies (Lean, Six Sigma, 5S) applied to enterprise processes, planning, and ERP workflows.
• Excellent project leadership, communication, change management, and multitasking abilities.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools (Excel, Word, Access, PowerPoint).

Responsibilities

• Streamlining ERP scheduling, MRP, BOMs, Routings, Procurement, and inventory processes.
• Supporting supply chain best practices and process standardization.
• Improving accuracy in inventory and order fulfillment, with foundational goal of providing excellent customer service.
• Driving continuous improvement initiatives with measurable cost savings.
