CSS Staffing seeks an ERP Supply Chain Integrations Lead for remote work with travel or onsite in Omaha, NE. The role drives end-to-end order-to-cash workflows, linking Shopify to ERP, and overseeing production planning, inventory, and EDI onboarding for major retailers.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years in business systems or manufacturing environments, strong Cin7/WMS-EDI knowledge, and a proven track record of independent, process-driven change across departments.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in business systems analysis, supply chain operations, production planning, or manufacturing environments.
• Proven experience managing e-commerce integrations between Shopify and backend inventory and manufacturing systems.
• Experience with onboarding, compliance, item setup, and EDI for major retailers (Walmart, Kroger, Albertsons, etc.).
• Autonomy: demonstrated ability to own a function and drive change with minimal direction.
• Strong working knowledge of Cin7, WMS/3PL, integrations/API/EDI, inventory control and manufacturing workflows.
• Excellent data discipline focusing on data integrity and reliable operational reporting.
• High emotional intelligence with the ability to earn trust and hold teams accountable.
• Strong problem solving: map complex processes and turn chaos into structured workflows.

Responsibilities

• Process Ownership: Drive and optimize the workflow connecting Shopify Sales, Sales Ops, and Manufacturing.
• Transition manual workflows to scalable, automated systems across Sales, Sourcing, Production, Warehouse, and Accounting.
• System Integration: Oversee Shopify-ERP integration; ensure real-time data sync for orders, inventory, and variants.
• Cross-Functional Leadership: Collaborate across departments, earn trust, and hold teams to standards.
• Continuous Improvement: Identify gaps, remove bottlenecks, and implement scalable solutions.
• Automated Planning: Reduce manual steps in production planning, labor, inventory, replenishment, and order fulfillment.
• Documentation & Training: Interview staff, document workflows, and create clear procedures.
• Production & Inventory Planning: Oversee scheduling, material planning, and inventory control in the ERP.
• Retail & EDI Onboarding: Own retail compliance, item setup, labeling, retailer forms, and EDI integrations.
• Manufacturing Scaling: Build infrastructure for automated lines, high-volume throughput.
