Job summary

Essenti Talent seeks an experienced Software & Applications Manager to lead the development, integration, optimization, and support of enterprise business applications in a manufacturing setting. You will manage a team of software developers, business analysts, product owners, and tech partners to deliver solutions that boost operational efficiency and user experience.

The ideal candidate brings software development and ERP management experience, strong leadership, and business acumen.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in IT/Software or equivalent experience.
7–15 years in software development or enterprise applications.
3+ years IT/software management leading teams of five+.
Experience with .NET, JavaScript, or similar languages.
Experience with JD Edwards ERP and Agile methodologies.
Experience with secure development practices.

Responsibilities

Lead, mentor, and develop a team of software professionals and product owners.
Oversee development, integration, and support of enterprise applications incl. ERP.
Develop roadmaps, prioritize enhancements based on business value.
Guide architecture, modernization, and system integration.
Collaborate with IT, OT, data science teams and business stakeholders.
Manage budgets, resources, risks, and deliverables using Agile methods.
