Job summary

Concept2, a global leader in fitness ergometers and rowing equipment, seeks an ERP Specialist to support Abas ERP across our worldwide operations. Working closely with the ERP Lead, you will help daily operations and drive global implementations while balancing independence with teamwork.

Key qualifications include 3–5 years with ERP systems, Abas ERP experience preferred, and strong communications across technical and nontechnical users.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of experience supporting, administering, or implementing an ERP system.
• Experience with Abas ERP strongly preferred.
• Knowledge of manufacturing, inventory, purchasing, supply chain, sales, or finance processes.
• Strong troubleshooting, analytical, and organizational skills.
• Ability to communicate effectively with technical and nontechnical users.
• Ability to work independently and collaborate across teams and locations.
• Experience with integrations and coding.
• Experience with JAVA or Groovy is a plus.
• Ability to travel occasionally.

Concept2, a global market leader in the design and manufacture of fitness ergometers and composite racing oars, is seeking a solutions-oriented ERP Specialist. Working closely with our ERP Lead, this position will support the daily operation and continued global implementation of our Abas ERP system. • Provide functional and technical support for Abas ERP users across global operations

Compensation for this position consists of a salary range of $70,000-$100,000, depending on experience, plus participation in a quarterly variable wage program that is based on company and employee performance, which adds significantly to total compensation.
