Job summary

Wafna is seeking a Supply Chain Associate 1 in California to join Operation HQ. You will contribute to ERP processes to improve efficiency and ensure SOPs are followed. You will work with Oracle ERP, design, test, deploy, and maintain system developments.

You will prepare SOP documents, train branch users, analyze data, and support audits, with a focus on process improvements and cross-functional collaboration.

Qualifications

• Ability to organize and prioritize numerous tasks under tight time constraints.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
• Understanding principles and procedures of ERP workflows, especially Oracle.
• Creative problem-solving to ensure smooth ERP user experience.
• Strong written and verbal English communication skills; public speaking is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot ERP issues and liaise between users and software techs.
• Test new developments, patches and upgrades by creating scenarios and validating results.
• Assist branches with questions and solutions for systems and workflows.
• Create and modify SOPs and other manuals to aid branch operations.
• Maintain ERP Portal and ensure materials are current at all times.
• Train branch users by designing and conducting training sessions.
• Attend meetings and share information, improvement plans, and observations.
• Support Operation HQ in business process improvements and ERP utilization.
• Collect data from branches and prepare reports, charts, and matrices.
• Assist auditors with Oracle procedures and internal controls.
• Provide project status and recommendations to management.
• Suggest new features or changes to systems or processes based on user feedback.
