RESPEC is seeking an experienced Oracle Manufacturing Subject Matter Expert to provide high-level operational support for a National Laboratory. You will partner with engineering teams to optimize manufacturing execution within Oracle ERP, focusing on WIP and Quality collection.

You will translate complex requirements into functional configurations, support shop-floor improvements, and collaborate with cross-functional teams. On-site presence is required with quarterly travel.

Qualificações

• 5+ years of hands-on functional experience in Oracle Manufacturing modules.
• Deep WIP expertise in discrete and repetitive job setups, routings, scrap tracking, and completions.
• Deep Quality expertise with Quality Collection Plans, specs, triggers, and WIP integration.
• SQL skills to build multi-table joins, subqueries, and aggregates.
• Strong engagement with manufacturing engineers, technicians, and ops managers.
• U.S. Citizenship required for on-site compliance.

Responsabilidades

• Serve as daily operational SME for Oracle Manufacturing with engineering stakeholders.
• Administer, troubleshoot, and optimize WIP and Quality transactions in Oracle.
• Design and maintain Quality Collection Plans and inspection triggers across routings.
• Write and run SQL queries to verify data, trace logs, and produce reports.
• Translate engineering requirements into configurations and shop-floor improvements.
• Support standardized manufacturing workflows and material tracking; travel quarterly.
