Job summary

Wismettac Asian Foods, Inc. seeks a Supply Chain Associate 1 to support ERP implementations and SOP development. You will work within Operation HQ to design, test, deploy, and maintain Oracle-based solutions, ensuring SOP alignment across branches and documenting procedures.

Qualifications

• Experience with ERP systems, especially Oracle.

• Ability to organize tasks and manage time constraints.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot ERP issues and liaise between users and techs.
• Test new developments, patches, and upgrades with scenarios.
• Create and modify SOPs and supporting documents.
• Maintain ERP Portal and ensure up-to-date materials.
• Train branch users and conduct sessions.
• Assist auditors with Oracle system and procedures.
