Job summary

Freudenberg Group seeks a senior IT leader to oversee ERP and enterprise applications across multiple locations. You will lead Business Process Managers, direct SAP, Salesforce, MasterControl, IQMS support, and collaborate with CPIM stakeholders to shape the roadmap.

You will manage budgets, licensing, data governance, vendor relationships, and security controls while driving continuous improvement and regulatory compliance in manufacturing environments.

Qualifications

• Led ERP and enterprise application initiatives in manufacturing or regulated environments.
• Experience with SAP S/4HANA, SAP ECC, and cloud-hosted apps is preferred.
• Strong governance, security, and regulatory compliance knowledge.
• Proven ability to translate business needs into scalable system solutions.
• Demonstrated vendor management and budget accountability.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership and performance management for ERP/IT teams across locations.
• Own the operational reliability and support model for ERP applications and integrations.
• Develop and maintain ERP/enterprise applications roadmap with IT and business leaders.
• Translate business requirements into scalable solutions with Global Process Owners.
• Ensure data quality, governance, and reporting integrity across systems.
• Maintain security controls, access governance, and compliance with policies.
• Manage third-party vendors and service providers, including SLAs.
• Establish SLAs, metrics, and continuous improvement actions for support and delivery.
• Support cybersecurity, disaster recovery, and business continuity activities.
• Participate in IT governance forums to define objectives and standards.
• Stay current on ERP/cloud trends relevant to manufacturing and regulated environments.
• Oversee budgets, licensing, and resource planning to meet objectives.
• Develop team capabilities and knowledge transfer through coaching and cross-training.
