Job summary

Infosys is seeking a Package Consultant 2 in Irving, TX to participate in end-to-end ERP customization and integration projects. You will gather requirements, assist in architecture design, and implement new features across ERP packages, ensuring secure and compliant configurations.

You will also configure interfaces, perform ETL tasks, and deliver thorough documentation and end-user training, working with cross-functional teams in a global delivery model.

Qualifications

• Participate in requirements gathering with stakeholders and validate specifications.
• Contribute to solution architecture design by customizing ERP modules and features.
• Develop and integrate new features, perform code reviews, and maintain codebase.
• Configure interfaces, run ETL processes, and ensure data flow between ERP and other apps.
• Assess ERP performance and ensure security/compliance of customizations.
• Create documentation for ERP customizations and deliver user training.

Responsibilities

• Participate in requirements gathering with stakeholders across business units and assist in validating specifications to ensure alignment with business objectives and ERP capabilities
• Contribute to solution architecture design by assisting in customizing modules and features of ERP package, based on detailed business requirements
• Develop and integrate new features into existing applications, conduct code reviews and maintain the codebase for stability and compliance
• Participate in system integration efforts by configuring interfaces, executing ETL processes, and ensuring consistent data flow between ERP and other applications
• Assess ERP system performance to identify enhancement opportunities and to ensure that ERP customizations are in compliance with security measures and regulatory standards
• Develop comprehensive documentation for ERP customizations and deliver user training to facilitate effective knowledge transfer
