Job summary

Infosys is seeking a Package Consultant 2 to help gather requirements, design ERP-driven solutions, and implement customizations across business units. You will collaborate with architects, product owners, and development teams to ensure alignment with ERP capabilities and security standards.

You will document BRDs/FRDs, map data, and support integration efforts while contributing to robust, scalable enterprise applications. This role may require relocation within the U.S. market.

Qualifications

• Gather, analyze, and document business requirements and user stories for applications.
• Collaborate with stakeholders, owners, architects, and dev teams to define process flows and business rules.
• Create BRDs, FRDs, data mapping documents and process maps.

Responsibilities

• Participate in requirements gathering with stakeholders across business units and assist in validating specifications.
• Contribute to solution architecture by assisting in ERP package customization based on business requirements.
• Develop and integrate features into existing applications and maintain codebase for stability.
