Job summary

MFA Oil Company is seeking a Business Analyst to understand current business practices and collaborate with users and IT to solve complex problems. The role emphasizes ERP systems, JD Edwards EnterpriseOne Financial and/or Distribution applications, and supporting finance and supply chain processes.

The analyst will participate in upgrades, designs, testing, and user training while maintaining strong relationships across business units and IT.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience in a related field preferred.
• Strong ability to design and implement technology-enabled business solutions.
• Excellent oral and written communication, including translating IT information to non-technical staff.

Responsibilities

• Promote ERP software functionality in finance and supply chain.
• Coordinate root-cause analysis to resolve operational issues.
• Contribute to ERP upgrade and implementation projects with testing and documentation.
• Develop end-user training materials and procedures.
• Lead design and configuration when system customizations are needed.
