OWL Services LLC is hiring an ERP Software Administrator in Bloomfield, CT to support the Acumatica ERP platform. You will configure modules, manage users, troubleshoot, and coordinate integrations with CRM, e‑commerce, WMS, and payroll systems, while maintaining documentation and ensuring data integrity.

The role emphasizes cross‑functional collaboration, security, and ongoing digital transformation initiatives within a service/distribution environment.

Qualifications

• 2–5 years of experience administering Acumatica or another cloud‑based ERP system.
• Strong understanding of Acumatica modules such as Finance, Distribution, CRM, Service or Manufacturing.
• Experience with generic inquiries, dashboards, and report designer tools.
• Familiarity with SQL, APIs, and integration concepts.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work cross‑functionally.

Responsibilities

• Administer and maintain the Acumatica ERP environment, including user accounts, roles, permissions, and security settings.
• Configure system modules, workflows, automation steps, and customizations to support business processes.
• Monitor system performance, troubleshoot issues, and coordinate with Acumatica support or partners when needed.
• Manage updates, patches, and version upgrades, ensuring minimal disruption and proper testing.
• Develop and maintain dashboards, generic inquiries, reports, and data views.
• Support integrations between Acumatica and third‑party applications (e.g., CRM, e‑commerce, WMS, payroll).
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into system enhancements.
• Maintain documentation for configurations, processes, and system changes.
• Train end users and provide ongoing support to ensure effective system adoption.
• Ensure data integrity, compliance, and adherence to internal IT policies.

Salary Range: $30.00 To $34.00 Hourly

Position Overview

The Acumatica Application System Administrator will support our Acumatica ERP platform. This role is responsible for system configuration, user administration, troubleshooting, integrations, reporting, and ensuring the platform supports business operations efficiently and securely. You’ll work closely with cross‑functional teams to enhance workflows, implement new features, and support ongoing digital transformation initiatives.
