The role involves leading ERP programs, standardizing processes, and providing analytical support while collaborating across various departments.

Qualifications

• 7–10 years in engineering, program management, and supply chain.
• Hands-on ERP implementation experience (Oracle, SAP or equivalent).

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end ERP upgrade programs.
• Build and run a standardized SIOP model.
• Deliver clear program health updates and analysis.
• Support R&D and procurement programs.
