Job summary

Custom Flavors in San Clemente, CA is seeking a Customer Service Representative to support order processing, customer communications, and administrative tasks within the CS department. You will handle inquiries, maintain records, and help ensure smooth operations.

You will use ERP tools, collaborate with Accounting on payments and AR, and work with Production, Sales, and Purchasing to meet customer needs and timely delivery.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of customer support experience required.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Deacom or similar ERP experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Build sustainable relationships by communicating with customers and coordinating outbound communication.
• Answer customer service calls and provide updates on order status, lead times, and pricing.
• Utilize ERP systems to file customer documents, process orders, and keep records of interactions.
• Answer new customer inquiries, outline notes, and send to the appropriate Account Manager.
• Review processes and procedures to continually improve our support to customers.
• Collaborate with Accounting to process payments and evaluate accounts receivable.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure customer needs are satisfied.
• Accurately and efficiently process orders end-to-end for timely delivery.
• Additional duties as assigned.
