thinkbridge is seeking a Sales Executive to build and scale its ERP Consultant Partner Program for thinkOne, an AI-native, outcome-based ERP platform. You will recruit independent ERP consultants, shape partnerships, and manage the channel-driven sales motion for long-term client relationships.
The role blends strategic recruiting with practical go-to-market delivery, requiring strong network-building, ERP market fluency, and the ability to articulate value beyond a single implementation.
Today we deliver every system with thinkOne, our method that pairs our experts with our agentic engineering and delivery platform. The platform writes much of the code. Our people understand the client's business, work out the right solution and take it to production. A typical system goes live in about four months. Our commitments to clients are written into the contract before a build starts.
Five values guide how we build for clients and how we work with each other: Outcomes, Quality, Accountability, Communication and Care.
In practice:
thinkSchool is where graduates start their careers at thinkbridge.
thinkbridge is an equal opportunity employer. We hire on skills and character, and we treat every applicant fairly.
Mid-level- 5+ years of experience in channel sales, partner recruitment, or business development, preferably with ERP/enterprise software consultants or system integrators.Strong experience in building consultant/partner networks, driving referrals, and developing long-term partner relationships.
The buyer for this role is not the end client but the consultant: an independent operator whose pitch has historically ended with a vendor's product name and who is now looking for a way to differentiate, retain the account past go-live, and capture upside beyond a single implementation fee. This is a channel-recruitment and partner-development role, not a direct-to-enterprise sales role, and it requires someone who understands why that distinction changes the entire sales motion.
Enterprise & mid-market buyers are consolidating fragmented software stacks rather than adding to them, and are increasingly unwilling to treat a perpetual license as a fixed cost rather than a balance-sheet liability. The traditional ERP resale arrangement, in which the consultant collects a one-time fee while the vendor collects recurring licensing revenue, and the client remains locked to a system it does not own, is losing ground to that shift.
thinkOne replaces that arrangement with a right-sized, client-owned system built on AI-native architecture and automation, engineered to the client's actual finance, inventory, reporting, and operational workflows. It is delivered on a contractual four-month timeline through an industry-leading, certified six-step methodology, backed by an outcome-based guarantee rather than a vendor's configuration promises. The consultant stays client-facing throughout the engagement and after go-live; thinkbridge scopes, builds, and delivers.
