Job summary

The Riverside County Information Technology (RCIT) Department is seeking an IT Business Systems Analyst III in the ERP Solutions Division to support and optimize enterprise-wide applications and systems for county operations.

You will work with cross-functional teams to analyze business requirements, configure and test solutions, document processes, and provide user support while pursuing innovative technology improvements.

Qualifications

Substantial experience with PeopleSoft Application Development or PeopleSoft Financials.
Strong analytical skills with data gathering, reasoning and problem-solving.
Experience resolving application issues and improving system performance.
Experience with PeopleTools, App Engine, PeopleCode or App Designer.

Responsibilities

Provide technical support and troubleshoot enterprise applications and systems.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to configure, implement, and maintain integrated systems.
Participate in testing, deployment, and production support of technology solutions.
Document business processes and requirements for accurate system configuration and user support.
Develop project work plans and monitor resources including staff time and finances.
Maintain, support, and administer software applications.
Provide customer support, training, and problem analysis for software applications.
