Job summary

Jobtailor is seeking an experienced SAP testing leader to act as the connective layer across our SAP delivery ecosystem, aligning release dependencies across Supply Chain, Finance, Invoicing, and related capabilities. You will ensure quality and release readiness across foundational SAP modules.

With 8+ years in enterprise testing and 3+ years leading teams, you will translate design changes into testing scope, manage integration scenarios, and guide global teams in the US and India.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Minimum of 8 years of experience in enterprise application testing or quality management.
• Minimum of 3 years of proven experience leading testing teams or testing leads.
• Experience in global or multi-location delivery models across SAP landscapes.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical thinking with ability to communicate complex concepts.
• Ability to work independently and in a cross-functional, globally distributed team.
• Solid understanding of enterprise testing methodologies and end-to-end validation across business processes.
• Ability to translate changes into testing scope, integration scenarios, and dependency mapping.
• Strong knowledge of interfaces, data flows, and cross-system dependencies within SAP landscapes.
• Familiarity with SAP testing and delivery toolchains (ALM, dashboards) for traceability.
• Ability to assess gaps in testing coverage and align across teams.
• Proficiency in written and spoken English; willingness to collaborate with US and India teams and travel as needed.

• Coordinate integrated testing scope, risk visibility, and release readiness from upstream design decisions through cutover execution.
• Leverage deep SAP expertise and a proactive, governance‑driven mindset to ensure that design, configuration, and process changes are translated into clear testing scope and integrated execution priorities that support platform stability and business confidence at scale.

• Proficiency in verbal and written English required; willingness to collaborate with global teams in the US and India and travel as needed to support program objectives.
