Qualifications

• 2+ years of relevant experience in business systems, ERP support, or IT/business operations.
• 2+ years of Info Syteline experience. Foundational understanding of ERP systems.
• Basic familiarity with: SQL querying or related data/reporting tools.
• Basic familiarity with Microsoft SSRS or similar reporting platforms.
• Manufacturing operations, materials management, or supply chain workflows.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a willingness to learn advanced system functionality.
• Ability to communicate technical concepts clearly to non-technical users.
• Demonstrated ability to collaborate across teams and work effectively with users at all levels.
• Strong organizational skills with attention to detail in documentation and data validation.

Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day functional support for the company’s ERP/MRP system (Infor Syteline) and other business applications.
• Troubleshoot user issues, identify root causes, and coordinate solutions or escalations to senior team members.
• Assist with configuration, testing, and validation of ERP changes, upgrades, or module deployments.
• Perform data audits, corrections, and validation to ensure accuracy and consistency across business systems.
• Create or modify basic reports, queries, and dashboards to support operational teams.
• Document business processes, workflows, SOPs, and user training materials.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives that enhance system usability, accuracy, and business process efficiency.
• Provide training and guidance to end users to promote consistent adoption of best practices.
