Job summary

Aptean is seeking a Project Manager within the Professional Services organization to lead end-to-end delivery of ERP solutions, owning scope, schedule, budget, risk, and stakeholder alignment from initiation through go-live and stabilization.

You will drive execution across cross-functional teams and serve as the single point of accountability to the customer sponsor, translating objectives into executable plans and reporting progress through formal governance.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of ERP implementation experience.
• Knowledge of major ERP systems (Netsuite, Epicor, SAP, D365).
• Proven ability to manage 5–10 projects over 6–18 months.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end delivery of ERP solutions.
• Own scope, schedule, budget, risk and stakeholder alignment from initiation to go-live and stabilization.
• Drive execution across cross-functional teams (services, product, sales, CoE, SRE, support).
• Serve as the single point of accountability to the customer sponsor and report progress through governance.
