Job summary

Aptean is seeking a Project Manager within its Professional Services organization to lead end-to-end delivery of ERP solutions. You will own scope, schedule, budget, risk, and stakeholder alignment from initiation through go-live and stabilization.

You will drive execution across cross-functional teams including services, product, sales, CoE, SRE and support, ensuring contractual compliance and measurable value realization.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years in ERP implementation.
• Preference for Business Central or similar ERP.
• Proven ability to manage 5–10 projects over 6–18 months.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end delivery of Aptean solutions from initiation to stabilization.
• Own scope, schedule, budget, risk and stakeholder alignment.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams across services, product, sales, CoE, SRE, and support.
• Maintain governance and transparent progress reporting to customer sponsor.
