Job summary

Vision Technologies is seeking a Project Manager to join the Business Systems team responsible for end-to-end delivery of complex technology initiatives, including ERP and CRM implementations. You will own scope, timeline, and budget and drive stakeholder engagement and benefits realization.

You will lead project planning, coordinate resources, manage RAID logs, support UAT, and ensure production readiness.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.
2-5 years supporting enterprise software implementations or Business Systems projects.
Experience with ERP, CRM, CPQ, Finance, Procurement.
Experience coordinating software implementation vendors.
Experience with UAT, data migration validation, production deployments, and integrations.
Ability to manage multiple concurrent implementation projects.
Ability to work independently and remain calm under pressure.
Strong written and verbal communication across multiple levels of stakeholders.
Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and follow through.
Knowledge of the software development lifecycle.
Customer service and relationship management skills.

Responsibilities

Define project requirements and timelines; identify stakeholders; develop plans for large initiatives and multiple concurrent ones.
Support software implementations from discovery through hypercare.
Coordinate implementation activities across business, IT, vendors and consultants.
Manage project risks, issues, assumptions, dependencies (RAID).
Assist with deployment planning and production readiness.
Maintain detailed project plans, schedules, reports, and stakeholder updates.
Track vendor deliverables and milestones; maintain RAID logs and executive status reports.
Facilitate requirements gathering and business process mapping; coordinate UAT and testing schedules.
Coordinate change management and end-user training activities.
Drive process improvement in project management tools and methodologies.
