Job summary

Hydrogen Group Pomona, CA is seeking a Project Analyst to provide scheduling, testing coordination, administrative, and logistical support for a large-scale ERP implementation. This hybrid role requires Thursdays on-site, one full week per month, with occasional travel to other company sites.

The contract is initial 12 months, with pay of $30–35/hr. You will support UAT, coordinate activities across teams, maintain project documentation, and provide on-site testing support as needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, Statistics, or a related field, or an equivalent combination of education, training, and experience.
• 3-5 years of experience in analysis, project support, program coordination, or a related field.
• Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Teams.
• Strong ability to manage multiple calendars, schedules, meetings, and competing requests simultaneously.
• Experience with tracking, reporting, data organization, and quantitative analysis.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize and quickly adjust to changing requirements.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to interact effectively across all levels of an organization.
• Ability to manage small projects and assignments independently.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to delivering accurate, high-quality work on time.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate schedules and calendars across multiple teams, disciplines, and stakeholders.
• Provide logistical support for User Acceptance Testing, including room reservations, meeting invitations, room setup, food and beverage coordination, and onsite testing support.
• Configure meeting rooms and provide basic audio/visual and connectivity support for virtual and in-person meetings.
• Document and track testing defects, participant attendance, cancellations, and testing activity.
• Maintain project and program documentation, ensuring materials are properly developed, stored, updated, and organized.
• Develop and maintain process documentation, procedures, schedules, trackers, and reports.
• Track attendance and participation metrics and prepare reporting and statistics.
• Develop clear communications for project teams, stakeholders, and management.
• Coordinate meetings, team events, lunch-and-learns, large group meetings, and other team development activities.
• Provide facility and logistical support, including equipment, supplies, food and beverage, and room coordination.
• Maintain an inventory of facility issues, communicate issues to the appropriate parties, and track them through resolution.
• Assist with project plans, status reports, executive summaries, presentations, and other project deliverables.
• Support small projects and special initiatives with limited supervision.
• Coordinate with senior-level management, project leaders, testing leads, technical teams, vendors, and other stakeholders.
• Identify opportunities to improve organization, communication, processes, and use of shared spaces.
• Perform additional project and administrative support duties as assigned.
