Job summary

The ideal candidate will manage calendars, coordinate UAT logistics, maintain documentation, track defects, and prepare status reports while collaborating with IT, facilities, and business teams to ensure project success.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in business-related field.
• 3–5 years in analysis or project support.
• Advanced proficiency with Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook and Teams.
• Strong ability to manage multiple calendars, schedules and requests.
• Experience with tracking, reporting, data organization, and analysis.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate schedules and calendars across teams and stakeholders.
• Provide testing logistics support for UAT, including room setup and invitations.
• Configure meeting rooms and provide AV/ connectivity support.
• Document and track testing defects, attendance, and testing activity.
• Maintain project documentation, ensuring materials are stored and updated.
• Develop reports, trackers, and executive summaries for stakeholders.
• Coordinate meetings, team events, and cross-functional activities.
• Support small projects with limited supervision.
