Job summary

The role requires translating complex business needs into executable work, coordinating with finance, manufacturing, and supply chain teams, and managing Jira/Confluence-backed backlogs with clear ownership.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of project or program management experience, with ERP or enterprise systems.
• Experience with an enterprise ERP platform—Oracle Fusion preferred; SAP also relevant.
• Strong written and verbal communication, and ability to operate independently.

Responsibilities

• Own applicable ERP initiatives across the full program lifecycle: initiation, planning, execution, monitoring, delivery and closure.
• Manage scope, schedules, milestones, risks, issues, decisions and action items with proactive follow-through.
• Ensure clear objectives, ownership, requirements, acceptance criteria and completion criteria.
• Interface with Finance, Accounting, Manufacturing, and Supply Chain ERP teams to translate priorities into work.
