Job summary

Orgill is seeking a highly skilled Oracle Program Manager to lead its multi-year ERP modernization and transition to Oracle Cloud ERP across complex technology initiatives. The role requires guiding business and technology leaders, translating strategies into actionable plans, and orchestrating successful implementations with adherence to best practices in SDLC, IT governance, and IT architecture.

Qualifications

10+ years ERP program or project management experience.
Leading multiple Oracle Cloud ERP implementations.
Experience with Oracle EBS, OCI, Oracle Cloud Integration Service, Mulesoft.
Analytics technologies such as Snowflake or Oracle Analytics.
Strong executive communication and presentation skills.
Proficiency with PM tools such as MS Project, Wrike, Jira.

Responsibilities

Lead the Oracle roadmap and governance across Cloud Fusion ERP.
Coordinate planning, management, and rollout of technology solutions.
Oversee SDLC and cross-functional coordination across teams.
Develop comprehensive project plans and manage schedules, milestones, and costs.
Manage project risks, issues, dependencies; implement mitigations.
Communicate with stakeholders at all levels; prepare status reports and documentation.
