Qualifications

• Experience designing and implementing Oracle Cloud Fusion cost accounting in manufacturing.
• Understanding of DCAA, CAS, and government contracting accounting.
• Experience with ERP integrations across CRM, MES, WMS, and ERP.
• Ability to write SQL for data reconciliation.

Responsibilities

• System Configuration & Ownership: Lead functional analyst for Oracle Fusion Cost Management and Receipt Accounting, managing cost books and costing methods.
• Sub-ledger Reconciliation: Resolve variances between Receipt Accounting and General Ledger; automate RBNI reports.
• Data Integrity & Troubleshooting: Fix stuck transactions and interface failures between CorpOS and ArsenalOS.
• Cost Accounting Optimization: Define cost elements, overhead rules, and COGS reporting.
• Compliance & Audit Support: Configure for DCAA and GAAP; ensure auditability for cost contracts.
• Release Management: Assess Oracle Fusion quarterly updates for costing impact and regression test entries.
• Process Engineering: Align receiving workflows with triggering accounting events in ERP.
