Job summary

The Judge Group is seeking a detailed data professional to own product data, costing, and pricing across our ERP landscape. You will manage product codes, pricing structures, and data integrity, collaborating with Sales, Procurement, Operations, Finance, and IT.

The ideal candidate has 3–5 years in ERP data administration, strong Excel skills, and a solid grasp of pricing concepts, with a focus on accuracy and cross-functional coordination.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years in product data, costing, pricing, or ERP data administration.
• Working knowledge of costing and pricing concepts (markup, pricing matrices, contract vs. street pricing).
• High attention to detail in high-volume, interconnected records.
• Strong Excel proficiency; ERP or pricing experience preferred.
• Strong organizational and cross-functional communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Create, maintain, and manage product codes and master data within the ERP, ensuring accuracy across product, cost, and pricing records.
• Input and maintain yield formulas, costing data, and pricing structures for street and contract accounts.
• Execute weekly pricing updates, including cost changes and validation checks.
• Perform annual pricing audits for contracted accounts.
• Support and maintain contract pricing logic, including matrix configuration.
• Populate and maintain RFP pricing files aligned with costs and inputs.
• Maintain product specification data across ERP and customer requirements.
• Improve product categorization for reporting, pricing consistency, and analytics.
• Act as data steward for product, costing, and pricing information across departments.
