Job summary

The Judge Group, INC. is seeking a detail-oriented data steward to own the accuracy of product, costing, and pricing data within the ERP, acting as the link between how products are built, costed, and priced and how that data is used by Sales, Procurement, Operations, and Finance.

You will create and maintain ERP master data, input costing and pricing structures, run weekly updates, perform annual pricing audits, and drive data standardization across product categories to improve reporting and

Qualifications

• 3–5 years in product data, costing, pricing, or ERP data administration.
• Experience executing bulk data changes via delimited imports.
• Understanding costing and pricing concepts (markup, pricing matrices).
• ERP or contract pricing experience preferred.
• High attention to detail with high-volume data across interconnected records.
• Strong cross-functional communication across teams.
• Meat or protein manufacturing knowledge is a strong advantage but not required.

Responsibilities

• Create, maintain, and manage product codes and master data within the ERP, including processed, purchased, and bundled products, ensuring accuracy across product, cost, and pricing records.
• Input and maintain yield formulas, costing data, and pricing structures for street and contract accounts.
• Execute the weekly pricing update process, including cost changes, formula-based adjustments, and validation checks.
• Perform annual pricing audits for contracted accounts, documenting historical data for compliance.
• Support and maintain contract pricing logic, including formula build-outs and matrix configuration.
• Populate and maintain RFP pricing files, aligning with current costs and inputs.
• Maintain product specification data, ensuring ERP data aligns with documentation and customer needs.
• Improve product categorization, attributes, and hierarchies for reporting and pricing accuracy.
