Job summary

nGeneration is seeking an enthusiastic and detail oriented Product and Pricing Data Administrator to join our data function. You will collect, configure and test data, and provide direct support to customers.

You will work with project teams to ensure accurate entry into in-house and third-party software, and assist in scheduling and planning new system rollouts. You will communicate with customers regularly, providing timescales, updates and any required support, while ensuring data requests

Qualifications

• Previous experience in a similar role.
• Strong technical and troubleshooting skills.
• Knowledge of EPoS is a plus.
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to follow instructions.
• Effective communication and teamwork.
• Ability to learn quickly and adapt to new technologies.

Responsibilities

• Customer management: participate in data meetings and train the service desk.
• Communication: update customers on timescales and follow up.
• Knowledge base: keep the data dictionary updated for changes.
• Planning & Support: plan rollouts and support customer sites.
• Data Execution: validate data requests and ensure SLA compliance.
• Enforce company policies and be available for data escalations.
• SLA: manage all data queries within customer SLA.
• Data Tracker: complete daily data tracker for month-end invoicing.
