Job summary

Applied Fluid Power is seeking a Process Manager to own ERP data workflows and ensure clean, reliable data entering analytics and AI platforms. You will design the P21 golden template, define data-entry standards, and manage the P21-to-Prism pipeline.

This is a foundational, high-visibility role reporting to Data & AI, coordinating with IT, Finance, and subsidiaries to sustain data governance and successful Epicor cloud migration over the next three years.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of ERP experience with hands-on P21/Epicor preferred.
• Strong understanding of distribution/industrial processes (order management, procurement, inventory).
• Ability to design and document business processes that yield clean, structured data.
• Experience working across multiple subsidiaries with varying process maturity.
• Comfortable operating in ambiguity without a large team.

Responsibilities

• Own and maintain the P21 golden template across ~20 subsidiaries.
• Define and enforce data-entry standards at process level to ensure upstream quality.
• Own data pipeline from P21 to Prism, including mapping and data-quality thresholds.
• Coordinate Epicor cloud migration and ensure data quality remains intact.
• Collaborate with Data Manager and IT to support governance and AI readiness.
