Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in supply chain management, business administration, logistics, or related field.
• CSCP or CPIM certifications are highly desirable.
• Strong knowledge of procurement, inventory management, and logistics operations.
• Experience with ERP and data analysis tools is essential.

Responsibilities

• Create, release, and maintain POs in ERP based on demand signals or direction from Buyer.
• Confirm order acknowledgements, pricing, and delivery dates with suppliers.
• Monitor open order reports and past-due deliveries; communicate delays to production and planning.
• Maintain system accuracy of lead times, MOQs, supplier part numbers, and unit conversions.
• Track inventory levels against planned usage and safety stock targets.
• Coordinate with warehouse and logistics on receipts and returns.
• Flag recurring supplier performance issues and escalate to Buyer.
• Run daily operational reports (past due orders, inventory aging, expedite list).
