Job summary

Epicor is seeking an experienced Program/Portfolio Manager to lead major ERP engagements across customer accounts from our Austin-area team. You will own governance, drive ROI-focused initiatives, and manage budgets, timelines, and stakeholder communications to maximize value for clients and the Epicor ecosystem.

Qualifications

• 10+ years' experience in program/project management, with at least 5 years in ERP delivery.
• Proven success managing billable programs with strong utilization and profitability.
• Demonstrated ability to lead large-scale ERP portfolios and programs in global environments.

Responsibilities

• Act as Program Manager for major ERP engagements, ensuring delivery against contractual scope, timeline, and budget.
• Oversee program financials including forecasting, invoicing, margin tracking, and profitability.
• Monitor and report on billable utilization, ensuring alignment with company targets.
• Balance internal resource capacity with customer demand to maximize utilization.
• Lead change management to ensure adoption and minimize disruption.
