Job summary

Combined Metals Company, LLC is seeking a senior ERP Platform Owner to lead the INVEX ERP platform and drive governance, standardization, and program delivery across manufacturing sites and acquisitions.

You will partner with stakeholders across Operations, Sales, Customer Service, Planning, Purchasing, Finance, Quality, and IT to align ERP capabilities with growth strategies and digital transformation objectives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Technology, Operations Management, or a related discipline.
• 7+ years of experience leading ERP implementations, business systems, business transformation, or operational excellence initiatives.
• Experience serving in a leadership role for ERP deployment, optimization, or platform ownership.
• Demonstrated success leading cross-functional initiatives across multiple business functions.
• Strong project leadership, facilitation, and organizational change management skills.
• Experience building consensus among stakeholders with differing priorities.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making capabilities.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to travel up to 10% as required to support business initiatives and implementation activities.

Responsibilities

• Own the INVEX ERP platform and drive its strategy, roadmap, and prioritization.
• Lead standardized business processes across operating companies and facilities.
• Establish ERP governance processes and maintain a prioritized improvement backlog.
• Lead ERP deployments across manufacturing facilities, distribution locations, and acquisitions.
• Drive organizational change management and stakeholder engagement.
• Define reporting requirements and ensure data quality and governance.
• Coordinate training, data readiness, and go-live support.
